Enrolment Process
To complete the enrollment process, we recommend reading these instructions before you begin:
Important: The form must be completed in a single session, as the system does not save the progress. To avoid interruptions, prepare all required documents and files in advance (preferably in PDF or JPG format).
Step 1 – School documents to download and manage
A. Documents to be completed and signed
Forms to fill out (Check this guide on how to sign PDF documents if you need assistance)
- Data Protection
- General Medical Policy and Form
- Consent Form for Chronic Illness
- SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
Have the following files ready to attach during enrollment:
- Vaccination record
- Official medical certificate (indicating good health and, if applicable, relevant conditions such as allergies)
- Student photo
- Student ID document
- Mother’s ID document
- Father’s ID document
- Proof of payment of admission and enrollment fees
- The documents from Step 1, completed, signed, and saved in digital format.
- The documents from Step 2, scanned or photographed in good quality.
- DNI (National Identity Document)
- Passport
- TIE (Foreigner Identity Card)
Enrollment Conditions
The student’s admission is subject to the school’s terms and conditions.
The student will be enrolled once:
- The offered place has been accepted, and
- The initial deposit for admission and enrollment has been paid.
- Complete the School Transport form.
- Complete the Breakfast Club form.
